MMI Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join our team in Ridgeland, MS. This hourly role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone early in their HR career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-division environment.

About the Role:

As the HR Coordinator, you'll support a variety of administrative functions related to the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on the onboarding process. You'll ensure new hires complete all required tasks in a timely and compliant manner and serve as a key point of contact for our hourly team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct background checks and ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork
• Enter employee data into ADP systems
• Track and report on survey results and compliance deadlines
• Notify team members of benefit eligibility
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries for one or more company divisions
• Answer questions related to benefits, leave, PTO, and general employment matters

Who You Are:

• You have 1+ years of experience in an office or administrative setting
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• You enjoy working with people and can collaborate with multiple teams and leadership levels
• You have a professional, service-minded approach and are comfortable handling sensitive information
