Human Resource Coordinator / Scheduler

Wright's Home Care Agency is hiring a Human Resource Coordinator/Scheduler! This position includes a comprehensive benefits package and more. The hours for this position will be Full-Time M-F 8:30am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Problem solve to ensure all caregiver needs are met and employees are scheduled
  • Answer phones to ensure client and employees questions are answered
  • Coach field team employees
  • Organize, scan, and file paperwork
  • Maintain caregiver employee files
  • Connect clients with qualified caregivers to meet their scheduling needs
  • Screen, interview and orientate qualified candidates to ensure adherence to WA State regulations for In Home caregivers
  • Preform monthly personnel audits
  • Update and manage client and caregiver weekly reports
  • Help team with other administrative and people-oriented tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be able to learn scheduling software quickly and become proficient.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and using the Internet.
  • Must be flexible and contribute ideas to process improvement.
  • Administrative experience in a healthcare office setting preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
  • Must be willing to work well with a team
  • Must be comfortable answering phones and problem-solving
  • Having a CNA license is preferred

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • CNA, MA, HCA license preferred, or experience as a caregiver
  • Must be CPR certified or be willing to get CPR certified
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Limited travel required and is based upon business needs.
  • Must be willing to participate in the on-call rotation

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
