Human Resource Director – Blockchain Consulting Company

The Human Resource Director will oversee all aspects of HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a forward-thinking HR leader who can design scalable HR frameworks that align with a blockchain and fintech consulting environment — emphasizing innovation, agility, and compliance with international labor laws and crypto regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic HR Leadership

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth in blockchain consulting.

· Partner with executives to build workforce plans that support new service lines (blockchain, fintech, DeFi).

Talent Acquisition & Management

· Design recruitment strategies to attract top blockchain, fintech, and consulting talent.

· Lead onboarding, training, and professional development programs.

Employee Relations & Culture

· Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and diversity.

· Mediate employee relations and support conflict resolution.

· Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and career growth.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

· Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to tech/consulting industries.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and relevant financial regulations.

· Partner with legal to align HR practices with evolving blockchain/crypto regulations.

Performance & Organizational Development

· Implement performance management systems with clear metrics.

· Drive leadership development and succession planning.

· Identify skill gaps and create blockchain-specific training initiatives.

· Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

· Lead DEI efforts to create a fair and inclusive workplace across global teams.

· Implement policies supporting remote and international staff.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

· 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or fintech industries.

· Strong knowledge of blockchain/crypto industry trends and global workforce needs (preferred).

· Proven experience scaling HR operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

· Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and global HR best practices.

· Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and change management skills.

· HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
