Human Resources Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred

• UKG experience

• Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.

• Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.

• Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.

• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits:

• Schedule: Full-time, including a monthly weekend rotation
