Position: HR Executive
Location: Universal Education – Malad (Head Office)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 1–2 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Joining: Immediate to 1 Month

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our Malad Head Office team. The candidate will be responsible for handling both academic and non-academic recruitment, along with supporting HR operations such as documentation and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews through various platforms and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, and maintaining HR MIS.
• Support in general HR operations (20% of role) such as attendance, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred or within 1-month notice.
