Botmer International is Hiring — Hybrid HR Executive (Karachi)
Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM (Mon–Fri)
Location: Karachi (Hybrid)
Botmer International is expanding, and we are looking for a capable and organized HR Executive to support our growing team. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, and a good understanding of modern HR and task-management tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and performance management
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documents
- Support managers with task delegation, follow-ups, and reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports
- Organize internal meetings, reviews, and training sessions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR experience (experience in tech companies is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills; ability to prepare SOPs and use Loom/ChatGPT
- Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Professional, organized, and consistent work ethic
- Comfortable working 12 PM to 9 PM
- Karachi-based (Hybrid role: partial in-office, partial remote)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
