Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for field operations, trading, logistics, finance, sales and admin roles.
  • Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
  • Plan and execute onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Engagement & Administration

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Act as point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Support employee motivation programs and welfare initiatives, especially for field and warehouse staff.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records (EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment Act).
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits as per labor laws related to trading and warehousing operations.

Performance & Training

  • Assist in goal-setting and periodic performance reviews.
  • Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions for trading, procurement, and operational teams.

HR Reporting & Policy Implementation

  • Maintain HRMS records and prepare regular HR reports (hiring status, attrition, manpower planning).
  • Support policy development tailored to agriculture trading operations and field team dynamics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of HR experience; exposure to trading, supply chain or agriculture sector or livestock feed industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operational processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
