Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for field operations, trading, logistics, finance, sales and admin roles.
- Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
- Plan and execute onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Engagement & Administration
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Act as point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
- Support employee motivation programs and welfare initiatives, especially for field and warehouse staff.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain statutory compliance records (EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment Act).
- Ensure proper documentation for audits as per labor laws related to trading and warehousing operations.
Performance & Training
- Assist in goal-setting and periodic performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions for trading, procurement, and operational teams.
HR Reporting & Policy Implementation
- Maintain HRMS records and prepare regular HR reports (hiring status, attrition, manpower planning).
- Support policy development tailored to agriculture trading operations and field team dynamics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of HR experience; exposure to trading, supply chain or agriculture sector or livestock feed industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
