Hiring HR & Admin
Candidate should have complete knowledge in employment laws, recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administration tasks such as Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration & Attendance Tracking.
- Maintain Employee records (Preparation of Wage Sheet, Employee Bank Payments, PF/ESI compliance & issuing of IR Clearance, PF, Bonus, ESI Calculations) according to client policy and requirements.
- Drafting and maintaining the Code of Conduct.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels like job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: Ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the company, providing necessary training and resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
