Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Support performance management processes (appraisals, promotions)
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure labor law compliance and maintain HR policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and exit processes
- Assist in HR projects (training, development, engagement)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably HR software
Preference will be given to Bahria Town Karachi Residents
