Edwings is seeking a highly organized and energetic Human Resources Officer to support our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people management, efficient processes, and building a strong organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee data, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Draft HR letters, memos, notices, and internal communications.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and HR systems.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, MS Office, and HR tools.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-friendly attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
