Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (Construction / Contracting industry experience preferred)
Joining Timeline: Immediate to within 15 days

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our construction contracting firm, including recruitment, documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations across office and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment, offer letters, onboarding & exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, attendance & leave data
• Attendance tracking and payroll coordination (Pagarbook experience preferred)
• PF, ESI, PT compliance and labor law documentation
• Handling employee queries, grievances & coordination with site teams
• Support performance management and internal HR reporting

Designation: Human Resource Executive
Salary: As per standard market norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
