Job Summary
The HR Executive at TutorSuite Technologies LLP will be responsible for managing core human resource operations with a strong focus on employee attendance tracking, payroll coordination, salary processing, and employee engagement. The role also plays a critical part in fostering a proactive, positive, inclusive, and unbiased workplace culture. The HR Executive will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations while promoting motivation, teamwork, and organisational values.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Attendance and Leave Management
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly employee attendance records using designated attendance systems or trackers.
- Monitor employee punctuality, working hours, leaves, and absences in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare attendance summaries and reports for payroll and management review.
2. Payroll and Salary Processing
- Prepare, verify, and distribute monthly payslips to employees in a timely and confidential manner.
- Track employee salary details, including fixed pay, incentives, deductions, bonuses, and revisions.
- Coordinate salary processing with finance team to ensure accuracy.
- Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, and payroll-related concerns professionally.
3. Employee Engagement and Workplace Culture
- Actively contribute to creating a positive, supportive, and proactive work environment for all employees.
- Promote open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure a non-biased, fair, and inclusive workplace by addressing concerns related to discrimination, favouritism, or unfair treatment.
4. Motivation, Activities, and Team Building
- Plan, design, and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and motivation.
- Organise team-building exercises, virtual or in-person events, celebrations, and recreational activities.
- Coordinate company events such as foundation days, festivals, employee recognition programs, and informal gatherings.
5. Employee Relations and Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and suggestions.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving minor workplace issues while escalating complex matters to management when required.
- Help maintain a healthy employer–employee relationship based on trust and transparency.
6. HR Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, including attendance, payroll, engagement activities, and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR processes follow internal guidelines and company standards.
- Support audits or reviews related to attendance, payroll, and HR operations when needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
