Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle, from job description creation and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator, resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and promote positive relationships.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, set goals, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and support career growth for employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits, manage payroll, and design competitive compensation structures.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, develop HR policies, and maintain employee records.
  • Strategy & Planning: Work with leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR strategy alignment with business objectives.
  • Engagement & Culture: Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
