Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations: correspondence, supplies, records, and documentation for accounts and sales teams.
- Organize and track internal training programs, including scheduling, setting up materials, and maintaining training records.
- Identify employee training needs, coordinate with trainers and managers, and continuously improve the training calendar.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, compliance, policy communication, and employee evaluation.
- Facilitate communication between departments, management, clients, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Graduation (BBA/BCom/BA/HR preferred).
- 1-3 years’ experience in office admin, HR, or related field (preferably wholesale/retail/textiles).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with MS Office, digital tools, and training platforms.
