Job Purpose

To manage complete HR operations including recruitment, employee management, performance tracking, reporting, and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Employee documentation, attendance, and leave management
• Employee relations, discipline, and coordination
• Performance tracking and appraisal support
• Training coordination and HR reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in HR Operations
• Experience in SME or sales-driven environment preferred

Skills Required

• HR operations and recruitment knowledge
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• MS Excel, Word, and reporting skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability

Compensation & Growth
Fixed salary as per experience with growth opportunity in a fast-growing organization.
