Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Post job advertisements and manage job boards.
- Onboarding & Induction:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Conduct orientation sessions and manage documentation.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Track and monitor employee performance metrics.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in an HR role.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
