Frieght Brokerage Recruiter + IT Operations

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
  • Need Good and Clear Communication Skills
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Maintain Job Postings
  • HR Generalist Activities
  • Sourcing and Screening of applicants (IT Recruitment)
  • Schedule and Conduct Interviews
  • On-Boarding and Off Boarding
  • Assists in regular day to day Operational Activities
  • Documentation of Minutes of Meeting
  • People Handling Skills is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
