Frieght Brokerage Recruiter + IT Operations
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.

- HR Generalist Activities
- Sourcing and Screening of applicants (IT Recruitment)
- Schedule and Conduct Interviews
- On-Boarding and Off Boarding
- Assists in regular day to day Operational Activities
- Documentation of Minutes of Meeting
- People Handling Skills is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
