- Posting job vacancies and screening resumes
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating the selection process
- Issuing offer letters and appointment letters
- Conducting employee onboarding and induction
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintaining employee personal files and HR records
- Updating HR databases (attendance, leave, employee details)
- Handling joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit documentation
3. Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinating payroll processing
- Managing attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records
- Ensuring timely salary disbursement
- Handling salary-related queries
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Handling PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory deductions
- Preparing and maintaining statutory registers and returns
5. Employee Relations
- Addressing employee queries and grievances
- Promoting a healthy work culture
- Coordinating employee engagement activities
- Supporting disciplinary actions as per company policy
6. Performance Management
- Assisting in performance appraisal processes
- Maintaining appraisal records
- Supporting goal-setting and review processes
7. Training & Development
- Identifying training needs
- Coordinating internal and external training programs
- Maintaining training records
8. Policy Implementation
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Communicating HR policies to employees
- Ensuring adherence to company rules and ethics
9. Exit Management
- Coordinating employee resignation and exit interviews
- Managing full & final settlements
- Ensuring smooth offboarding
10. Administrative Support
- Supporting HR audits
- Coordinating with vendors and consultants
- Assisting management with HR reports and MIS

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
