1) Recruitment Support
· Coordinate job postings and candidate sourcing
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
· Schedule interviews and assist in interview process
2) Employee Onboarding
* Prepare and send offer letters and joining docs
* Coordinate induction programs and training
* Ensure smooth employee onboarding experience
3) HR Admin
* Maintain employee records and database
* Process leave requests and attendance tracking
* Assist in payroll and benefits administration
4) Employee Relations
* Handle employee queries and concerns
* Assist in resolving workplace issues
* Promote employee engagement initiatives
5) Reporting and Compliance
* Generate HR reports and analystics
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
