Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment
• Source, screen, and coordinate with candidates through various portals
• Partner with consultants and close positions within defined timelines
• Handle background checks, offer negotiations, and HR admin activities.

Requirements:1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment

Proficient with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Strong communication and listening skills
