Human Resource Executive

Black Buck Designs is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a software house and be comfortable managing recruitment and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, outreach, initial interviews, scheduling, and assessments
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and HR policy implementation
• Help foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• Mandatory: Prior experience working in a software house
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
• Ability to multitask and maintain strict confidentiality

Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar

Preference: Male candidates

Salary: 50k - 80k
