Human Resource Executive (Restaurant / Food & Beverage)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive with a strong background in the restaurant industry to manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management while ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various restaurant positions.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Support staff development and career growth.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
  • Manage monthly attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.
  • Ensure grooming and behavior standards are maintained across all levels.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data analysis.
  • Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
