Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive with a strong background in the restaurant industry to manage end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management while ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various restaurant positions.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Support staff development and career growth.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Manage monthly attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff.
- Ensure grooming and behavior standards are maintained across all levels.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee data analysis.
- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
