Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Minimum 1–6 years of HR experience, preferably in corporate hospital / healthcare / large service industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare HR operations and labor laws
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with hospital leadership and clinical heads to align HR strategies with business and patient-care goals.
- Support manpower optimization, change management, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment of clinical, nursing, paramedical, and non-clinical staff with TA teams.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hospital manpower plans.
Onboarding & Workforce Planning
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and deployment of new joiners.
- Manage manpower planning and budgeting aligned with hospital occupancy and expansion plans.
Performance Management
- Drive goal setting, performance appraisals, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Support PIPs and ensure KPI alignment with hospital quality standards.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
- Drive engagement initiatives, town halls, and cultural programs.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate leadership, behavioral, and compliance training.
- Ensure completion of mandatory healthcare trainings (NABH, POSH, BLS, patient safety).
Compensation & Benefits Support
- Support salary revisions, promotions, payroll inputs, and statutory benefits.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure statutory compliance, POSH adherence, and support NABH/NABL/JCI audits.
- Implement HR policies, maintain MIS, and support HR digitization initiatives.
