Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HRIS records, attendance, and personnel files.
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Support performance management cycle and probation reviews.
- Ensure HR policies compliance and implement improvements where needed.
- Assist in payroll inputs (leaves, attendance, final settlements).
- Coordinate with department heads for staffing and HR support.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of BPO HR operations
- Recruitment expertise (mass hiring & targeted hiring)
- Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
- Conflict resolution & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience Required
- 2–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably in a BPO / Call Center environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
(MBA HR preferred )
