Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain HRIS records, attendance, and personnel files.
  • Conduct onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Support performance management cycle and probation reviews.
  • Ensure HR policies compliance and implement improvements where needed.
  • Assist in payroll inputs (leaves, attendance, final settlements).
  • Coordinate with department heads for staffing and HR support.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of BPO HR operations
  • Recruitment expertise (mass hiring & targeted hiring)
  • Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
  • Conflict resolution & communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience Required

  • 2–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably in a BPO / Call Center environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

(MBA HR preferred )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
