We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, ATS management, and onboarding procedures using platforms such as Sandata, CradleMRX, ARCS, BCI/FBI checks.
- Administer employee orientation programs and conduct employee evaluations to promote professional development.
- Manage staff schedules.
- Fill in HHA when staffing is needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design projects aligned with strategic planning goals.
- Facilitate employee relations through conflict management and effective communication skills; handle employee grievances with sensitivity.
- Support performance management processes including training & development programs and succession planning efforts.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics using Sandata, CradleMRX and other HR tools to inform decision-making.
- Assist in HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent through social media management and other channels.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring accurate data entry and contract administration.Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, workforce management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and handle conflict resolution professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Experience with webchecks and online verifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting tasks.
