Human Resource Intern

India

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Help maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance review and feedback processes.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
