- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Help maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Support performance review and feedback processes.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
