We are now offering an HR Internship for students who want hands-on exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

• Assist in recruitment: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
• Build and maintain candidate databases through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives — team-building activities, events, and culture-building projects.
• Contribute to training coordination and development of training modules.
• Assist with HR administration tasks, documentation, and compliance.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who:
✅ Are available full-time or part-time (in-office, Mumbai) for at least 2-3 months
✅ Are pursuing or have completed HR / Industrial Psychology / Management studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
✅ Have strong English communication, MS Office (Word/Excel), LinkedIn/job portal knowledge
✅ Are detail-oriented, organized, and maintain confidentiality
✅ Have a genuine passion for human resources, recruitment, and people management

Location: Mumbai (in-office)
Duration: 2–3 months (extendable)
