Human Resource Intern

Job summary:

We are looking for a candidate who can recruit talented individuals that promote the growth of the company, provide opportunities to employees that enable them to reach their full potential, and is enthusiastic about planning and executing employee engagement programmes and other events at Growfitter.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Recruit good talent for Growfitter for various profiles across the company through screening resumes and shortlisting applications.
• Update employee database with proper details.
• Work on the creation of good training modules for teams like business development, operations, etc.
• Help create employee policies with regards to policies within Growfitter to entail good discipline and reporting.
• Create an employee engagement program and conduct weekly activities for the same.
• Organize relevant company events and activities.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
