Human Resource Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Help source candidates through job boards, Naukri, Indeed and Internshala.

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Shortlist applicants for further consideration by matching their qualifications to the job

requirements.

• Conduct initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications, interest, and fit for the

position.

• Prepare interview summaries to share with senior recruiters or hiring managers.

• Provide candidates with necessary information regarding the interview process (e.g.,

format, time, location, etc.).

• Update and maintain candidate databases.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
