Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements across different industries and functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and regularly update them on progress.
  • Schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates and clients post-interview for feedback and closure.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus.
