Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements across different industries and functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and regularly update them on progress.
- Schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients post-interview for feedback and closure.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus.
