Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

Maintain and update employee records and databases.

Support in onboarding and induction of new hires.

Help organize employee engagement and training activities.

Assist HR team in drafting HR documents, job descriptions, and reports.

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
