Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Infra.Health. This internship will give you hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, helping you build a strong foundation for your HR career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Help manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Learn and use HR tools and best practices in a professional setup

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Management, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Must be available for immediate joining in Baner, Pune
