Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end hiring processes (job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final interviews with senior team members.
  • Maintain proper communication with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Support onboarding activities and help maintain workplace discipline and decorum.
  • Keep HR records updated, including attendance, documents, and tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with different departments for daily requirements and follow-ups.
  • Draft HR emails, notices, and internal communication when required.
  • Maintain professionalism and smooth communication across the team.
  • Support HR in daily operational tasks and overall HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in HR practices and principles
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

Skills Required:

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to HR processes

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
