Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end hiring processes (job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final interviews with senior team members.
- Maintain proper communication with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Support onboarding activities and help maintain workplace discipline and decorum.
- Keep HR records updated, including attendance, documents, and tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with different departments for daily requirements and follow-ups.
- Draft HR emails, notices, and internal communication when required.
- Maintain professionalism and smooth communication across the team.
- Support HR in daily operational tasks and overall HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in HR practices and principles
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
