Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Help maintain HR records and databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- MBA or BBA graduates are welcome.
- Fresher or recent graduates in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
