We are a fast growing company looking for a communicative, results oriented and process driven individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • $85,000 - $108,000 per year, depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for ensuring our greatest resource -our people - are operating at maximum efficiency while cultivating a long-term sustainable workforce. This Position will be both a strategic partner to leadership and a hands-on manager of HR operations: developing policies, programs, and systems that support our people, culture, and long-term goals.

Travel expectations- required to make two trips per month to other GreenSavers offices. Working two days at the remote office per trip.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in construction, skilled trades, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with insurable driving history

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices in construction or skilled trades industries.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and fairness.
  • Strong problem-solving, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
  • Passionate about supporting organizational success, culture, and people.

  • Represent the GreenSavers brand, especially when interacting with clients

  • Ability to complete a wide variety of tasks each day and flexibility to move between tasks quickly
