We seek an HR Manager to lead HR initiatives at Posh Wedding Rental LLP, a leading rental showroom. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop HR strategies and policies
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Oversee training, benefits, and compliance
- Partner with business leaders for organizational growth
- Analyze HR metrics and drive business outcomes

*Requirements:*
- MBA/HR Certification
- atleast 1 year of HR experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

*Preferred:*
- Experience in talent management and HR analytics
