Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires someone who can maintain confidentiality, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced cosmeceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the company.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for selection.
- Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
- Maintain positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursements.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, and other HR programs.
5. Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain documentation of appraisals and assist managers with feedback sessions.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs for skill enhancement and professional development.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain related records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, attendance tools).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the derma or cosmeceutical industry.
- Exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement activities.
