Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment—one where your coworkers might include wagging tails and wet noses? If so, look no further!

Mercedes Scientific, a national medical laboratory distribution company located in sunny Bradenton (Lakewood Ranch), Florida, is calling your name.

We’re a two-time Inc. 500 honoree as one of America’s fastest-growing companies, and our team is built on collaboration, innovation, and yes—our love of dogs. We’re proudly pet-friendly, so if furry coworkers aren’t your thing, this might not be the perfect fit.

We’re seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department (Department of One). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
