1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Develop and implement manpower plans aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both site and office positions, including engineers, supervisors, skilled workers, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and oversee overseas hiring processes when required.
2. HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for all employees.
- Handle renewals of employment visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs in coordination with the PRO team.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Develop and implement HR policies to promote a positive work culture and high morale among site and office employees.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
- Support line managers in conducting performance appraisals and implementing development plans.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, leave management, and benefits in coordination with the finance department.
- Review and recommend competitive salary structures based on market benchmarks.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments, benefits, and end-of-service settlements.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs, especially in safety, compliance, and technical skills related to aviation construction.
- Develop training calendars and coordinate internal or external training programs.
6. Strategic HR Initiatives
- Contribute to organizational development, succession planning, and workforce localization initiatives.
- Support management in HR strategy formulation and organizational restructuring when required.
- Ensure alignment between HR practices and overall project and corporate objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in the construction or aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa procedures.
- Proven experience in managing large project-based or multi-site workforces.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet tight project deadlines.
