About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruitment (especially for call center/US campaigns) and payroll management. This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently and maintain a professional yet employee-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based call center roles.
- Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final evaluations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics.
- Payroll & Attendance Management
- Prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage attendance records, leaves, and shift schedules.
- Resolve payroll queries and coordinate with finance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Handle employee queries professionally.
- Support HR Manager with daily HR tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (BPO experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment flows, especially for US call center roles.
- Experience with payroll preparation and attendance systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Good command over MS Excel and HR software.
