Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location- Dubai

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the organization's growth and success. With a strong background in HR, you will provide strategic support to the management team and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Employee Relations:

- Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns or grievances.

- Handle disciplinary actions, performance management, and terminations in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

- Provide guidance on employment law and company policies.

3. Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor performance and provide feedback to employees and managers.

- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

4. Training and Development:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Organize workshops, seminars, and other development initiatives.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

5. HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

6. Payroll and Benefits:

- Assist with payroll processing and administration.

- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

7. Strategic HR Support:

- Provide strategic HR support to senior management and department heads.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in HR.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
