Role Overview

As a Human Resource Manager, you will lead and oversee the firm’s human resource strategy and operations. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and HR policy implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global best practices.

You will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, supporting leadership, and driving people-focused initiatives across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Design and oversee learning, development, and leadership training programs.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to support organizational growth and change management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and people analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management or a senior HR role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
  • Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
