• Partners with management to accelerate talent deployment and development in compliance with company standards and KSA labor legislation
• Executes Mammoet's HR strategy, annual business plans, operating model, authorization matrix, and business control framework
• Ensures adherence to legal requirements, company procedures, and safety, health, sustainability, and social wellbeing standards
• Collaborates closely with line management, field and office personnel, payroll officers, and the work council
