Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Manager located in Lahore. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and policy implementation. Responsibilities include developing effective hiring strategies, managing performance appraisals, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves designing programs for employee engagement, training, and development to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Collaboration
• Proficiency in developing and executing Training and Development programs
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Management
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Leadership abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and familiarity with current HR technology
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
• Experience in technology or creative industries is advantageous

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
