Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, managing onboarding and orientation.

· Ensure adherence to employment laws and, crucially, healthcare-specific standards, including staff certification tracking.

· Address workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare.

· Oversee performance appraisals, competency mapping, and facilitate ongoing training programs.

· Develop and maintain HR strategies tailored to hospital operational requirements, such as shift management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management required; Master's degree (MBA/MHRM) preferred.

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in a hospital Sector is Compulsory.

· Strong understanding of labor laws, healthcare regulations, and HR systems (HRIS).

· Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
