We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
with a proven track record of working in or for the
US market
remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of
US labor laws, HR compliance, employee relations, and best practices
. This role will support and enhance the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations in alignment with US business standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR operations tailored to US market practices.

Ensure compliance with
federal and state labor laws
(FMLA, FLSA, EEO, etc.).

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with US employment standards.

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including
remote hiring across the US
.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Oversee performance management processes and assist in career development planning.

Handle benefits administration, payroll coordination (in collaboration with finance/payroll team), and leave management.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management.

Utilize HRIS and other digital tools to maintain accurate employee records and analytics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of HR experience
with at least
3 to 5 years focused on the US market
.

Strong understanding of
US HR practices, compliance, and employment law
.

Experience working with
remote and distributed teams
across multiple US states or locations.

Proficient in HRIS platforms such as
Paychex
along with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

HR certification (e.g.,
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR
) is highly desirable.
