Human Resource Manager - US Market Experience - Karachi, Pakistan-based (Night Shift)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a proven track record of working in or for the US market remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, employee relations, and best practices . This role will support and enhance the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations in alignment with US business standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations tailored to US market practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (FMLA, FLSA, EEO, etc.).
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with US employment standards.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including remote hiring across the US .
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee performance management processes and assist in career development planning.
  • Handle benefits administration, payroll coordination (in collaboration with finance/payroll team), and leave management.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management.
  • Utilize HRIS and other digital tools to maintain accurate employee records and analytics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 to 5 years focused on the US market .
  • Strong understanding of US HR practices, compliance, and employment law .
  • Experience working with remote and distributed teams across multiple US states or locations.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms such as Paychex along with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR ) is highly desirable.
