Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Human Resource Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position combines strategic HR leadership with comprehensive executive support, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive, productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to manage a variety of administrative and HR functions seamlessly. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of office management, including maintaining filing systems, managing multi-line phone systems, and ensuring a professional front desk presence.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with event planning for company functions, trainings, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistics are efficiently executed.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Manage personal assistant responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, handling travel arrangements, and performing transcription or proofreading tasks for internal documents.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members while managing emails and other correspondence professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in Human Resources, SHRM or HRCI certificate preferred, or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
- Familiarity with HR functions such as onboarding, employee record keeping, recruitment and retention strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector preferred.

Pay: $36.17 - $46.57 per hour
