Job Title: Human Resource & Office Executive (Onsite)

Location: Near State Bank of India, Tehsil Road, Nakur, Saharanpur UP

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on profile and experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Human Resource & Office Executive to manage HR operations along with office administration tasks. The role includes recruitment, employee management, client coordination, and handling essential office documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Support payroll preparation and compliance with HR policies
  • Assist in employee engagement and grievance management
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with clients and handle calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Support management with day-to-day office tasks and reporting
  • Ensure a professional and organized office environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR/Office administration (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
  • Knowledge of HR operations, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and documentation handling
  • Ability to multitask, manage responsibilities, and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,911.19 - ₹15,135.71 per month
