Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Human Resource & Office Executive to manage HR operations along with office administration tasks. The role includes recruitment, employee management, client coordination, and handling essential office documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Support payroll preparation and compliance with HR policies
- Assist in employee engagement and grievance management
- Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with clients and handle calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Support management with day-to-day office tasks and reporting
- Ensure a professional and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/Office administration (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Knowledge of HR operations, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and documentation handling
- Ability to multitask, manage responsibilities, and work independently
