Key responsibilities:
- Handle the logistics of onboarding new hires, managing employee transfers, and processing offboarding procedures.
- Verification physical attendance/ overtime of employees.
- Maintain Leaves/ overtime record in system after pre approval.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.
- Process payroll, administer benefits, and manage compensation details.
- Ensure the organization follows all labor laws and regulations, and help develop and implement HR policies.
- Streamline day-to-day HR workflows and administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation and use of HR software like HRIS and ERP/Oracle and SAP.
- Address employee queries, handle conflicts, and support training and development programs.
Required skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues and improve processes.
Education: Graduation
Experience: 05 Years Experience in relevant Field.
