Key responsibilities:

  • Handle the logistics of onboarding new hires, managing employee transfers, and processing offboarding procedures.
  • Verification physical attendance/ overtime of employees.
  • Maintain Leaves/ overtime record in system after pre approval.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.
  • Process payroll, administer benefits, and manage compensation details.
  • Ensure the organization follows all labor laws and regulations, and help develop and implement HR policies.
  • Streamline day-to-day HR workflows and administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with the implementation and use of HR software like HRIS and ERP/Oracle and SAP.
  • Address employee queries, handle conflicts, and support training and development programs.

Required skills:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues and improve processes.

Education: Graduation

Experience: 05 Years Experience in relevant Field.

Location: Manga Mandi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
