Human Resource Officer-Recruitment

Looking for a professional and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong generalist HR experience, particularly in drafting HR-related documents, preparing employee letters, and developing HR policies and procedures.

Requirement

• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in a Recruitment HR role (Mandatory)
• Solid experience in HR documentation, policy drafting, and procedure development
• Excellent command of Arabic and English – both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable visa
